In case you do not agree with the Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy, or any part of it, you have the option not to use the Service.

These Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy applies to everyone that visits our Website or uses our Services.

Cookies: Small files stored on Users’ devices. 

Communications

Creating an Account on our Services means that you fully consent to subscribe to our newsletter, and all the marketing or promotional emails/materials plus some other information we may send to you. 

You have the right to opt-out from any, or all of these communications by simply clicking to the unsubscribe link or emailing us at support@contentgo.ai

 

Purchases

Once and if you decide to purchase any of our services or products available on the Service or the Website, you will be asked to provide us with some information relevant to the Purchase. These may include but not be limited to your credit card number, expiration date, credit card’s CVV or CVC, billing information, your email address, your name and your surname. 

All Users warrant that:

• They have all the legal right to use the provided credit card
• All the provided information is correct and complete

 

ContentGo AI, (ContAdGO OÜ) uses a third party service – Stripe – to facilitate all the payments. The submission of your payment information means that we have the right to provide this information to the thrift party service.

We completely reserve the right to refuse or cancel any of your orders or purchases at any time – and with no prior notice in some cases – because of the reasons listed, but not limited to those below: 

• Product or Service Unavailability
• Errors in the description of the price of the product or the Service, errors in the order or any other reasons
• Violence of the Fair Usage Policy (mentioned below)
• Server Errors
• Server unresponsiveness
• If an unauthorized or fraud transaction is detected or suspected.

ContentGo AI, (ContAdGO OÜ) reserves the right to change the number of the words that are charged for the output or the input.

Also, ContentGo AI, (ContAdGO OÜ) holds the right of restricting the usage per hour, regardless of the initial commitment during the Purchase. 

These changes will only be made according to the capacity of our model to protect the interest and rights of all the Users and to make sure that every Users experiences the platform without any problems and to ensure consistent access to the Service. This step is only taken to guarantee a quality service to all the Users and protect its standards. 

 

Promotions

ContentGo AI, (ContAdGO OÜ) may organize contests, promotions or sweepstakes. These will be made available through the Service and will have separate applicable rules than these in the Terms of Service. 

You are strongly encouraged to review the rules of any contest, promotion or sweepstake you participate in as well as the Privacy Policy.

If there is any conflict between the rules of the contests, promotions or sweepstakes with this Privacy Policy, please note that only the rules of the promotions, contests or sweepstakes will apply. 

 

Subscriptions

The Service is provided on a subscription basis. You will be billed in advance on a recurring basis which is either monthly or annual – depending on the type of subscription you choose to proceed during purchasing your Subscription. 

This cycles are called the ‘’Billing Cycle(s)’’

Your Subscription will be renewed automatically at the end of each billing cycle with the exact same conditions. This can change only if you or ContentGo AI, (ContAdGO OÜ) cancels your subscription. 

You can cancel your Subscription or stop the renewal at any time either from the settings on the Service or getting in touch with us via support@contentgo.ai

A valid credit or debit card is required to process the payment of your subscription. You are responsible for providing ContentGo AI, (ContAdGO OÜ) with accurate and complete information to process your payment. Also, you are responsible for providing complete and accurate billing information including your full name, address, phone number, state, country and zip code. 

Once you submit your information, you agree and authorize ContentGo AI, (ContAdGO OÜ)  to charge subscription and any other fees associated with your subscription. 

If any of the payments fail to be processed for any reason, ContentGo AI, (ContAdGO OÜ)  will issue an electronic invoice which will indicate that you must proceed the payment(s) manually within a certain period of time. This full payment will correspond to the billing period indicated on the invoice. 

 

Free Trial

ContentGo AI, (ContAdGO OÜ)  offers a free subscription plan, the ‘’Free Trial’’ for a limited period of time. 

On the last day of the Free Trial you will be notified and asked to enter your billing information if you want to proceed.

The Free Trial is limited to 7-days and in order to keep every User’s experience smooth, each User is limited with a certain amount of Usage. 

During the Free Trial each user is limited with: 

• 6.000 Words
• Access to Regular Mode
• Access to Power Mode
• Integrations
• Bulk Content Creation
• All the main features

Users’ trial will end in 7 days, however if Users consume these 6.000 words faster the trial will end before the completion of the 7-day period. 

ContentGo AI, (ContAdGO OÜ)  will send you several emails during the Free Trial in order to help you discover the full potential of the Service. 

At some point you may be asked to provide your billing information in order to proceed with the trial. In this case, you won’t be charged during your free trial. On the last day of the trial you will be automatically charged with the corresponding amount of the plan you choose – you can cancel your subscription to avoid this payment. 

At any time without notice, ContentGo AI, (ContAdGO OÜ)  reserves the right to 

• Modify the terms and offerings of the Free Trial
• Completely cancel the Free Trial

 

Subscription Fee Changes

ContentGo AI, (ContAdGO OÜ) , at any time, may change the fees for the Subscription plans. All the changes will be valid at the end of the then-current Billing Cycle of the Users. 

ContentGo, without any further notice and at any time, deserves the right to:

• Modify the Fees of the Subscription Plans

All Users that continue their Subscription agree to be billed with the new and updated fee after their then-current Billing Cycle ends. 

Refunds

All the Users are eligible for a refund within the seven (7) days of the initial purchase data. The refund is only processed if the usage of the User(s) is less than 20.000 Regular Words or the equivalent Power Words of any plan. 

ContentGo AI, (ContAdGO OÜ)  cannot provide refunds for any usage outside of our 7-day refund policy.

To be valid for the refund Users first need to cancel their subscription from the settings. 

Refunds are only applicable for the current subscription plan you use. Prior month or additional charge refunds are not guaranteed. 

To request a refund:

We promise to address your requests in a timely manner and aim to respond within the first 24-48 hours. 

Please note that your refund request will be time stamped based on the time you cancel your subscription and send us the email. 

ContentGo AI, (ContAdGO OÜ)  trusts that all its Users are fully able to manage their accounts and subscriptions responsibly.

Fair Usage Policy (FUP)

ContentGo AI, (ContAdGO OÜ)  is strictly committed to providing high-quality, reliable service to all the Users. We expect that all the Users will avoid misuse or overuse of our Service. All the Users are responsible for and strongly encouraged to select plans that best fits their businesses and professional needs. Users with a high-usage are advised to upgrade their subscriptions to a more robust plan, request a customized Enterprise plan or utilize the ContentGo AI, (ContAdGO OÜ)’s API. 

Overuse or misuse by one User may impact the quality, experience and effectiveness of the Service. 

Any overuse or misuse of the Service could lead to a restriction or reducement of the Service access – with or without prior warning. 

Our system is intelligent enough to monitor and spot robotic behavior determined to overuse, misuse or hack the Service. 

Once spotted, Users may be banned from the Service forever. 

Each seat is intended for only one User – multiple Users sharing one account are strictly not permitted. Sharing login information for any use or monetary gains is considered illegal.   

Important Warning: Unusually high usage, misuse, or sharing login details could lead to the suspension of the deletion of the related with or without prior notice. Refunds are not issued in this case too. 

 

Prohibited Uses of the Service

ContentGo AI, (ContAdGO OÜ)  trusts that all the Users will use the Service for lawful purposes and in accordance with the Terms and Conditions indicated here. 

All the Users complete agree not to use the Service: 

• In any possible way that may violate any national or international law or regulation.
• For the purpose of exploiting, harming, or attempting to exploit or harm minors in any way by exposing them to inappropriate content or otherwise.
• To exploit, harm or attempt to harm or exploit children under the age of 18 in any way.
• To expose children under the age of 18 to inappropriate content.
• To ‘’spam’’ their customers, or potential users in any possible way.
• To imitate or attempt to imitate a legal entity, a company, an employee of a company, someone connected to a legal entity, other Users or any other person.
• In ways that will violate the rights of others.
• In any illegal, fraudulent or harmful way. 
• To threaten, harm other companies, entities, employees of companies, people connected to the entities, or any other person.
• For any unlawful, illegal and fraudulent way. 
• To engage in any activity that will harm and restrict any other User’s use of the Service. 
• In any way that will violate the Fair Usage Policy.

Our AI service provider is ‘’Open AI’’ and it does not permit the generation of any political, religious and sexual content. This means that all the Users are strictly prohibited from generating such content. If any User attempts to create such content, even by mistake, the Service will warn you and this will be considered as the one and only warning. Users that try to generate such content again any time in the future, after the first generation will be permanently banned from the Service and no refund will be issued. 

Also, all the Users agree not to:

• Use the Service in any way that will harm, damage, disable or interfere with any other party’s use. 
• Use any manual process or device, or any automatic device, process or means to access, hack or monitor the Service for any purpose.
• Copy any of the material, feature of the Service.
• Use any other the above mentioned means for any unauthorized purpose without our prior officially written consent from our hello@content.ai or support@contentgo.ai emails.
• Use any means (device, software, etc) that will interfere with any flow, use or working method of our Service. 
• Introduce or implement any viruses, worms, trojan horses, logic bombs or any material which is considered malicious or technologically harmful. 
• Plan, attempt, start gaining unauthorized access that will interfere, damage, or disturb any parts of the Service, the servers of the Service, or any server, database, or computer connected to the Service. 
• Attack the Service with a denial-of-service attack. 
• Take any action or step that will harm, damage or falsify, even a little bit, the Company’s rating and reputation.
• Attempt any other thing that will harm and interfere with the proper functioning of the Service. 

 

Third Party Service Providers – Analytics

We may use third party Service Providers to monitor and analyze Users’ use of the service. 

The implementation of the third party service providers is completely related to the improvements of the Service. 

All Users agree with the terms and the use of the third party service providers. 

All Users are responsible for and strongly advised to visit the corresponding parts of our Privacy Policy and check the details.

No Use By Children Under the Age of eighteen (18)

Our Service is only intended for the access and use by individuals who are at least eighteen (18) years of age. All Users that access and use any of the services offer by our Company, accept, warrant and represent that they are at least eighteen (18) years old. Also, these Users accept that with their full authority, right and capacity they agree to start this agreement and accept the terms and conditions provided by our Company. 

Any User who is under eighteen (18) years of age is strictly prohibited from accessing and using any of the services offered by our Company. 

 

Accounts

By opening an account with us, you attest to the fact that you are older than eighteen and that the data you submit is true, correct, and up to date at all times. If you provide false, erroneous, or out-of-date information, your Service account may be immediately terminated.

It is your responsibility to keep your password and account private, which includes, but is not limited to, limiting access to your computer and/or account. Whether your password is for our Service or one of our partners, you acknowledge that you are accountable for all activities or decisions made using your account and/or password. As soon as you become aware of any security breach or unauthorised use of your account, you must contact us. 

The name of another person or organisation, a name that is not legally yours to use, or a trademark that is protected by any intellectual property rights of a third party other than yourself cannot be used as your username without the proper licence. It is forbidden to use any derogatory, profane, or pornographic name as your username.

In our sole discretion, we have the right to reject service, cancel orders, delete or modify content, and terminate accounts.

 

Intellectual Property

Copyright, trademark, and other national and international laws safeguard the Service.

ContentGo AI, (ContAdGO OÜ)  and its licensors own all rights to the Service, including original content (apart from user-provided content), features, and functionality. It is forbidden to utilize our trade dress and trademarks in conjunction with any good or service without ContentGo AI, (ContAdGO OÜ)‘s prior written consent.

 

Copyright Policy

ContentGo AI, (ContAdGO OÜ) honors other people’s rights to their intellectual property.

Please send an email to support@contentgo.ai with the subject line “Copyright Infringement” if you are a copyright owner or have permission to act on behalf of one and you believe that the copyrighted work has been copied in a way that violates copyright. Include a thorough description of the alleged contravention as described below under “DMCA Notice and Procedure for Copyright Infringement Claims” in your claim.

If there are any accusations of misrepresentation or bad faith regarding the infringement of any Content on and/or through the Service that violates your copyright, you could be held liable for damages (including costs and legal fees).

You can send us information and feedback about faults, ideas, difficulties, complaints, and other issues pertaining to our Service (“Feedback”) via third-party sites and tools or by sending an email directly to support@contentgo.ai. 

All Users are responsible for understanding and agree that

• ContentGo AI, (ContAdGO OÜ) may have developed or might develop ideas based on the Feedback; 
• Users will not maintain, acquire, or claim any intellectual property rights or other rights, title, or interest in or to the Feedback. 
• The feedback is free of proprietary or sensitive information that belongs to you or any other third part. The company is not obligated to keep the feedback confidential. You grant Company and its affiliates the exclusive, transferable, irrevocable, free-of-charge, sub-licensable, unlimited, and perpetual right to use (including copy, modify, create derivative works, publish, distribute, and commercialise) Feedback in any way and for any purpose, in the event that the transfer of ownership to the Feedback is made impossible by applicable mandatory laws.

Any guarantees that are not permitted by applicable law to be limited or excluded are unaffected by the aforementioned.

 

Limitation Of Liability

Except as prohibited by law, you will hold us and our officers, directors, employees, and agents harmless for any indirect, punitive, special, incidental, or consequential damage, however it arises (including attorneys’ fees and all related costs and expenses of litigation and arbitration, or at trial or on appeal, if any, whether or not litigation or arbitration is instituted), whether in an action of contract, negligence, or other tortious action, or arising out of or in connection with this agreement, including without limitation any claim for personal injury or property damage, arising from this agreement and any violation by you of any federal, state, or local laws, statutes, rules, or regulations, even if company has been previously advised of the possibility of such damage. Except as prohibited by law, if there is liability found on the part of the company, it will be limited to the amount paid for the products and/or services, and under no circumstances will there be consequential or punitive damages. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of punitive, incidental or consequential damages, so the prior limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.

 

Termination

In our sole discretion, we may, for any reason, without prior warning or responsibility, cancel or suspend your account and prevent you from using the Service, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.

You can easily stop using the Service to cancel your account.

 

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions must be interpreted and enforced in compliance with the laws of the Republic of Estonia, without regard to principles of conflict of laws. Any lawsuit, action, or other legal process resulting from or connected to these terms of use must be filed in a court of competent jurisdiction situated in the Republic of Estonia’s Harju County.

Any right or condition of these Terms that we do not enforce will not be deemed a waiver of that right by us. 

The remaining elements of these Terms shall still be in force if a court rules that any one of them is invalid or unenforceable. 

Any past agreements we may have had regarding Service are superseded and replaced by these Terms, which serve as the whole agreement between us respecting our Service.

 

Service Changes

In our sole discretion and without prior notice, we reserve the right to discontinue or modify our Service, as well as any service or content we offer via Service. If the Service is unavailable at any moment or for any length of time due to any reason, we shall not be held responsible. We reserve the right to occasionally deny users, even registered users, access to certain sections or the entire Service.

 

Amendments To Terms

ContentGo AI, (ContAdGO OÜ)  may amend the Terms and Conditions and the version will be put on this page. It is your duty to go over these Terms from time to time.

You acknowledge and agree to the modifications if you continue to use the Service after the updated Terms are posted. Since all changes are binding on you, it is expected that you will periodically visit this page to stay informed of any updates.

You agree to be bound by such new terms if you keep using or accessing our Service after they go into effect. You are no longer permitted to use the Service if you disagree with the updated terms.

No term or condition stated in the Terms may be waived by the Company in the future or in conjunction with any other term or condition, nor may the Company’s failure to assert any right or provision under the Terms be construed as a waiver of any such right or provision.
